November 21, 2014 - WSET Level 3 Session 4-6; 11/17/2014-11/21/2014 (London, UK): The wine is clear medium lemon in the glass with a few tears on the side.
The nose is clean with medium intensity and aromas of red apple, tangerine, peach, bubblegum, and slight hints of sweet spice (mainly vanilla). It is youthful.
The palate is off dry with medium plus acidity and low alcohol. It is medium minus bodied with medium flavour characteristics of flowers, elder flower, green apple, lime juice, and a hint of tangerine.
It is medium in length and is not very complex.
The quality level is good and it should be drunk now.
