  September 28, 2023 - Frightfully tannic in its youth which distracted from its crystalline fruit core - a theme in my experience with grenache from the high altitudes west of Madrid - hanging out at 55F for idk maybe 8sh years has borne fruit. Flowers, strawberries, peppery minty garrigue-y spice on now pleasantly polymerized tannins and appropriate acids. Another cellar vindicator

  May 30, 2018 - I bought a case two years ago. On the advice of Luis Gutierrez, started consuming right away-he advised 2015-18. Just had another last night-it has gotten better and better. I think it is not at the last of its life, but still on the rise.

  October 20, 2017 - Started out with a distinct melon-like flavor, as it opened became jammy. Deep color, enjoyable.

  December 3, 2016 - Dried tarragon on the nose, supple tannins, the finish was basking in violet candy. What a find!

  January 4, 2016 - Not sure if the bottle was bad or the wine is bad, thin, no bouquet, not much flavor, drank with barbecued pork chops, won't drink again.
