January 12, 2019 - I almost forgot this bottle in my cellar. We bought it directly at the winery and this brings back some memories from our Loire vacation. The colour is yellow/gold and it has a very good fruity smell. Acidity is good and the fruit (pineapple, mango) is dominant. With seafood, we had Kaisergranat, almost perfect. We will visit Pascal again the next time we are in the Loire Valley.

March 21, 2016 - The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like banana, pineapple, apple, pear and vanilla. It tastes like apple, pear, banana, pineapple, mango, vanilla, sandalwood and chrysanthemum. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
