October 19, 2021 - Paired with the Moroccan Beef course at SAGA in NYC.

Very prominent dark red fruit, along with the slight herbaciousness really helped carry the course. Great finish.

August 16, 2019 - Nice and delicate but powerful at the same time. Darker red fruits, dried flowers and dried leaves. Think we may end up visiting this place in the fall when we're in Piedmont and excited to try the different ones. This was drinking nicely.

October 19, 2018 - a bit closed on nose, with time vanilla, tar, licorice and ripe fruit comes thru, and fruity and sweeter towards end of glasses. very solid, kinda austere palate, long tannic finish. very barolo. will improve.

June 3, 2018 - Darkish garnet. Quite a forceful nose, rich and structured showing dark fruits, red roses, blueberry, some lavender and minerality. Quite tannic but lovely tension with the acidity, with the palate showing black fruit, truffle, some pepper. Chewy, masculine, long finish.
