Community Tasting Notes 2

December 25, 2017 - A lovely wine that I rather enjoyed. It had an expressive nose with pronounced herbaceous characteristics. On the tongue, the flavors were balanced with nice tannic elements. The finish, though short and unnuanced, was nevertheless pleasant.

March 12, 2016 - Still young, but drank nicely after decanting for an hour or so. Tasted when opened and it was very tight with little flavor profile on the palate or nose. After decanting all the expected flavors showed. Planning on doing a tasting between this wine, Quintessa, and Viader's Proprietary wines. All different, but similar price points. We may just throw Jarvis into the mix as well.
