April 15, 2020 - Dry and crisp. Chenic Blanc was present but not sweet. Suavignon Blanc gave it a lot of body. The terroir helped to separate this from similar French blends. This has aged very well and was pleasant to drink before dinner and with a flavorful chicken and eggplant dish.

March 19, 2018 - Very drinkable. Pleasant, but not exciting. The Chenin Blanc is noticeable up front with a little sweetness. The Sauvignon Blanc is very restrained. Paired well with salmon.

June 23, 2015 - This was an excellent dinner wine. We paired it with a spicy, Thai-style vegetable noodle dish. It has a floral nose, soft grapefruit taste, medium body and finish, and is very dry.

March 21, 2015 - Bright green tint, bone dry, crisp and clean with pineapple and green apple. Excellent
