June 27, 2020 - Vamos por partes, alguien saca a ciegas esa botella de vino "perdida" durante años en su cava... el resultado fue sorprendente porque este cava de gama media seguía vivo y bien vivo. Pajizo con algún destello dorado. Nariz con una lado fruta, (algo de fruta con hueso, fruta blanca), algo de flor amarilla y pocas trazas de crianza. En boca aparece goloso (es un brut) y con una burbuja fina y pequeñita que da el tipo.

February 3, 2015 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of medium-sized bubbles.
The nose is clean and youthful, showing medium(-) intensity aromas of green fruit (green apple, pear), yeast (hints of bread) and MLF (hints of butter). It is very simple and neutral.
The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium(-) body with a creamy mousse. It has medium intensity flavours of green fruit (green apple, pear), citrus (lemon peel), yeast (hints of bread) and MLF (hints of butter). The finish is medium.
It is an acceptable quality wine. It has enough flavour concentration and persistence to be considered an easy-to-drink everyday wine, but not enough to for a good quality wine. It also lacks complexity.
