  April 10, 2015 - Still a very young purple/red in colour. 15% alc too albeit the wine carries it well. In a way a well made yet forward expression of this local gem of a grape ( by far the better grape in Cypriot wines capable longevity) but still pure and unadulterated. Young bright fruit, cherries. The tannin is still if and bold and requires some further ageing but given a few years this will not dissapoint , especially adjusted for price. 87 for now but with future.

Tight and tannic - severe structure and not giving pleasure. Lots of grape elements on the finish and then some leather and peat notes. Still tough to enjoy, but easier to see how solid this wine is.
