Community Tasting Notes 1

August 17, 1991 - Bright red with a touch of garnet, wide brown rim; open and aromatic nose, ripe and fleshy fruit, lovely Sangiovese character, complex spices, toast, harmonious; the palate is not very concentrated or dramatic, but nice and full, very open, supple, soft and likeable, well-balanced by ripe acidity, mouthfilling with its fleshy fruit, vanilla and a high-toned flavour of roses; very good length. Flawless wine-making.
