February 28, 2024 - Freaking beautiful. Had at home with salmon after liz first day at work. Mouthfeel is epic.

February 1, 2024 - With homemade sushi. The last one definitely was corked. Acidity was pronounced on the finish and this wine was in Glorious balance.
This was awesome and brought me back to afternoons in Beaune sipping high quality white burgundy. Loved this tonight.

October 8, 2022 - Third course: this wine showed baked apple and pear with mere hints (quite attractive actually) of oxidation; rich & ripe. Great with a sea urchin fondue. 92
