    August 26, 2023 - 5/5 8/26/23 THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CHARDONNAYS. TASTEFUL, FRUITY, COMPLEX, STRONG - YOU GET A LOT IN THIS BOTTLE
    AGED 5 MONTH IN FRENCH OAK, FRESH FINISH
    The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, lemon, apricot, peach, cantaloupe and geranium. It tastes like strawberry, lemon, apricot, pear, cantaloupe, black pepper and geranium. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

    June 28, 2023 - 6/28/23 VERY NICE, COMPLEX AND REFINED, BUT NOT VERY FRUITY

    The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like fig, peach, pear, banana, cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, melon and papaya. It tastes like peach, pear, melon and mango. The body is medium. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
