  November 27, 2015 - Good, not great. A bit muddled, rich, black raspberry puree, a touch of oak, no real focus, a bit new world. That being said, this was pretty tasty, smooth, and pleasurable. A bit big with my slow cooked salmon at Kandall's.

  July 25, 2011 - Last bottle, but now entering it's drinking period. Excellent balance for the vintage. Very long finish. Nice mouthfeel, very good wine. Still long life ahead. Wish I had more.

  May 2, 2011 - Very good and very Nuits-like wine; absolutely showing the 2003 power and wild character,
  but also with sufficiant elegance to be in balance. The colour is deep young red, the nose
  pure pinot with dept and the taste is round, round and again round with lots of ripe tannins.
  I advice drinking this wine at 15/16° (starting) to support the freshness in the bouquet and
  to suppress the alcohol if necessary/wanted.

  July 24, 2010 - I think this is going to warrant a higher score, but this is still too early for this wine. After 2 hours it opened very nicely,but still very astringent and tannic, which Ido not think comes from the vintage. Wait another few years to try more.
