February 25, 2021 - Very light - some mint, honeysuckle, a touch of lime. Very delicate on the palate with lime, tangerine, some honeysuckle and some herbs. Very pretty and with air drinking well now. Best on the finish which is long and perfumed and racy. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 16.5/20.

April 28, 2019 - in Norton. Color pretty young. Secondary fragrance of apples and a little lemon. Subtle strawberry note joins the palate. Excellent balance. Not very sweet but enough weight to accompany strawberry shortcake.
A wine of refinement rather than drama.
I'll drink my remaining one over the next couple of years.

April 17, 2015 - Serious wine. Such pristine aromas, golden hue, delicate but deep. Served with Taiwanese home cooking and that worked so well. A very thoughtful Riesling. A shape shifter as it danced between a hint of fruit, a hit of minerality, a depth of earth/rocks, etc. A delight.

March 18, 2012 - Bought at Winebid.com a few years back. Excellent nose of green apple, nutmeg, cumin, fresh green leaves. The palate is refreshing - light (not in a bad way) for an auslese, crisp and lively: green apple and brown spices and some minerals. I definitely agree with the other comments that discuss this as having spatlese like qualities. Finish was the weakest element, tasty, with green apple and brown spice and then a little lime - but the finish is noticeably short and has a unfocused feel. A enjoyable but not overly impressive showing. I liked it but had hoped for a little more. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15/20.
