March 20, 2024 - Fantastic! Deep dark color reflecting the still-vibrant fruit. Well-balanced and mature and drinking very well. This will be in the Wine of the Year discussion later. Wish I had more.

July 24, 2021 - 4th Saturday Group (R&D's): Double blind. Notes of black fruit dominate. ripe, but not overly so. Flavors of chocolate, cassis and brown sugar. Clearly Napa can sauv. (LL)

January 25, 2021 - Has definitely improved with more bottle age. This is drinking well now, much smoother and more interesting on the palate. No decant, just a 30 minute slow ox and it was ready.
