December 8, 2020 - Meraviglioso. All’aspetto si presenta con note di colore tendenti al porpora che denotano gli anni. Il
Nado è intenso e varia dal frutto rosso alla spezia con discrete note floreali. Al palato il frutto è ben presente (ciliegia e mora), buona l’acidità ed infinita la persistenza con un finale molto fresco. Vino in pieno apogeo. -

March 14, 2015 - Couleur pourpre un peu trouble.
Belle complexité : Cerise, groseille, fleurs séchées, céleri, épices.
Fin et persistant, la trame commence à devenir dentelle acidulée, finale sur le zeste d'orange sanguine et le curry.
Le vin est à son apogée, à boire dans les cinq prochaines années.
Accord très réussi sur un risotto aux champignons avec une pointe de safran et poivre voatsiperifery blanc (Madagascar)
