December 21, 2018 - Alinea Retrospective 2011-15 (NEXT in Chicago): Typical kindof basic burgundy. It's forest floor and some cherry fruits. Totally fine, but nothing that really stands out. Young, but drinking just fine at this stage. A wine meant for earlier consumption.

August 13, 2016 - The nose displayed woodsy aromas of herbs, pepper, and smoke. It was lean on the palate, with focused red fruits, herbs, and minerals. Fruit seemed to saturate the senses throughout the finish, along with elevated acidity.
