November 4, 2016 - I like its marked trend towards ripe cherries on the nose and on the palate shows refreshing cause its tamed acidity.
I can not find complexity here but I found it suitable for combining numerous dishes: ham, fried artichokes, tuna salad and monkfish batters.
As so often, the producer is the first element to consider in wines from Burgundy.

Me gusta su marcada tendencia hacia las cerezas maduras en nariz y lo refrescante que resulta al paladar su domada acidez.
No puedo buscar complejidad aquí pero me resultó adecuada para maridar numerosos platos: jamón ibérico, alcachofas fritas, ensalada de bonito y dados de rape rebozados.
Como tantas otras veces, el productor el el primer elemento a considerar en los vinos de Borgoña.
