  January 5, 2022 - If a reasonable wine is kept well, and particularly with a screw cap there seems little limit to its potential. This was excellent at almost 19 years old. Drank half the bottle with a fish pie and the other half with fresh salmon. Very guilty and, despite its age not at all oxidised. It has been kept in a dark cellar at a steady 50F to 55F ever since it's purchase!

  October 15, 2021 - Quite disgusting that this bottle (and it's companion) has been overlooked. However, it has more than survived it's ordeal. The colour is perhaps a little darker than optimum but the nose is still fresh and fruity and the flavour untarnished. So what can ever be thought wrong with a screw cap! An excellent Sémillon Chardonnay which complemented our simple fish dish perfectly.

  August 27, 2004 - Heritage: This is a well made chardonnay with I believe minimal oak, nice acidity to it, some citrus notes incl. lemon, grapefruit, and other white fruit. Good probably with food.
