November 5, 2022 - Opened and poured after MSA strings fest. Dark red with some clearing to the rim. Smooth, lush, thick and velvety. Definite black cherry, olive, dark chocolate notes. Glyceric and very smooth with no rough edges. Gains traction and bite with air, acidity lifting the palate revealing a little redder cherry element. Disappeared quickly, good - not great.

October 25, 2020 - Decanted two hours. Pure, focused blackcurrant and blueberry with fine tannins. A very good single-vineyard Napa Cab with just a touch of the fabulous St. Helena charred earth.

March 23, 2020 - Solid Napa cab but honestly not that special. I get a lot of menthol and anise on the nose as well as blue/black fruit. Medium finish and not all that balanced, the acidity seems a little bit on the high side. I am enjoying the wine but for the price I have had better ones. I think the wine has 3 years left and I don´t see how this will improve with further aging. Good wine....and thats it
