July 20, 2017 - This has continued to evolve really nicely. Fruit is now slaked on the nose and replaced with a more wine-centered spice. Linear and compact with dark cherries. Really subtle spirits notes round off the middle. Still has a rough trade edge on the finish which is appealing. Interesting notes of mint and herbs too. Complex and very rewarding.
