    April 3, 2010 - 6 years old now and has developed a light golden straw hue in the glass. Mostly fresh citrus and floral scents on the nose predominantly lemon/lime. Acidity is falling away a touch though still exhibits a crisp freshness, albeit a little more subdued than when younger. Palette is long with lime, lemon and Granny Smith apples on a minerally base. Fine balance all round and a delight to drink with seared scallops.

    March 14, 2010 - Bright pale yellow col-our, nice aroma of lime & citrus with hints of minerality. Still fresh on the palate, with bright acidic, limes, citrus and strong mineral character. It is a very nice riesling with long finishing.

    January 27, 2008 - Presque alsacien par son nez sur les hydrocarbures, avec une acidité tranchante. Parfaitement sec, avec une bouche citronée et une finale minérale. Un peu trop de d'amertume à mon goût, et sur le registre de l'intensité plutôt que de la complexité. Un peu cher. (SAQ 25$, 2007-2010)
