December 3, 2017 - So in my last note 2015-12-05 I told myself to wait a couple of years and I did just that with my second and last bottle - and it was really excellent now, just the fresh but less tightly knit acidity giving way to good pear/lemon/apple and a little tropical pineapple-fruit as well as distinct chablis-limestone minerality. Really excellent!

December 30, 2016 - PnP then drunk (quickly) over dinner with family. From memory.
Lovely nose, classic on floral mineral notes. Chalky texture on the palate, which has body but remains lean. Sinewy finish. I enjoyed it.

September 30, 2016 - Drank this alongside a Tribut 2014. Difference was quite marked, but more so as a result of the vintage than style. The Pattes Loup was almost tropically fruited in comparison, with lovely weight, natural density and some underlying minerality. Such an attractive, immediate pleasure but undeniably soft alongside Tribut's more structured and savoury 2014.

August 18, 2016 - Young Guns of Chablis (Arlequin Wines, San Francisco): Pale green. Lime. Light with a thin veneer of flesh. Mineral, green herbs, tart citrus. Brisk and the acidity sticks out on the finish. Good and very typical Chablis.

June 15, 2016 - Smells and tastes like it was sculpted from rock. Prefer this to the '14, which was riper and fruitier. 12% abv.
