October 21, 2022 - Friday Night Brown Bagger (EBCC): Served double blind to the group. Deep color. Notes of lemon, clementine and florals. Rich texture; shows its abv as well.

Tasted non blind.
Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of sea foam, graham cracker, brandied yellow pears and wet stones. Flavors of creme fraiche, yellow pears, yellow apples and lemon curd. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.1 person found this helpful Comment
