December 23, 2016 - Light hay yellow. Lemon and custard with a little grapefruit rounding out the nose. Follows on in similar fashion in the mouth. There is a sugar cane qualitiy coming through mixing in with the citrus fruit.
Wouldn't call it off dry, but not bone dry either. Solid, but a little bit simple and lacking back palate strength for a higher rating. -

June 29, 2015 - Rated dry. 9.5g/L. Aromatic nose of lime juice, sugared lemon segments, honey and white flowers. Lovely round palate, with more citrus fruits overlaying well balanced acidity underneath. Very nice.
