April 12, 2015 - Really not all that bad. Maybe a slight hint of residual sugar. Soft and smooth rotary fermenter style. Deep rich dark red color. The nose is fairly simple with ripe red raspberry and vanilla. The kind of somewhat nondescript type of fruit you get with an 85 point wine, nothing wrong, but sort of made to a formula. Nice little bit of tangy tartness on the roof of the mouth.
