February 10, 2024 - Nez intéressant sur les fruits noirs, des notes torréfiées et de cuir. Attaque sur le fruits, légère touche secondaire. Les notes boisées et les tannins sont encores bien présents. Encore beaucoup de vie devant. Encore costaud. Finale sur la chauffe toutefois.

Meilleur après qlq heure de carafe.

November 27, 2023 - Still drinking well. A little more tertiary, particularly earth on the palate.
Still plenty of dark fruits evident.
    Full bodied, long finish.
Couple of bottles left, revisit 2024/5.

    February 17, 2022 - Deep ruby.
Black currants, spice, menthol and liquorice nose.
Full bodied, well balanced, long finish.
    Figs, raisins black fruits palate.
Still drinking very well and I think will do so for 3-5 years.

December 9, 2021 - On decline, very short and lacking fruit and structure. A wine to be tasted in its youth.

October 5, 2021 - From my posting on Instagram:

In Vino Veritas (in wine there is truth; [people speak the truth when they are drunk]), a pair of syrahs from my cellar sacrifices. First, a 2016 K Vintners “The Beautiful” from Washington State, and secondly, a 2012 Chateau d L Ou Cotes Infiniment. Yes, I am aware of the price difference in the K, but boy, you can sure taste it here! The K was much more balanced and complex, while the Infiniment seemed to be lacking. Nonetheless, they were both good for what they were. 🍷🍷👍👍 #wine #winelover #winelovers #redblend #redblendwine #napawine #napa #napavalley #washingtonwines #kvintners #ChateaudeLOuCotesInfinimentdeLOu #Syrah #Infiniment #frenchwines #frenchwine #frenchwinelover #Syrahwines
