December 6, 2013 - Hitting on all cylinders, truly a great wine in its prime. A cornucopia of fruit, red, blue and black, some earthy elements, and some all spice. Great acidity, long finish. From magnum.

March 17, 2013 - Dark purple but not inky. Nose full of red and purple fruit with some spice. Mouthfeel is medium weight and very very smooth. Medium to long finish and great with grilled chicken. If you have one, open and enjoy. An excellent bottle of wine.

December 14, 2012 - From magnum. In a perfect spot, though I do not think any improvement is ahead. Excellent, well integrated fruit, spice and acidity; wonderful with duck confit.

November 23, 2012 - This wine is still kicking ass and taking names. Great with food or on its own. Beautifully balanced with plenty of fruit and resolved tannins.
