  March 23, 2024 - Classic old world style Pinot Noir. Dark cherry and oak on the nose. Raspberry and dark cherry on the palate with a hint of earthiness. Medium bodied, medium acidity although the acidity becomes a bot more prominent when open for a couple of hours. Elegant and balanced.

  April 24, 2023 - With Crispy Chicken Thighs…..
  Lavender, bruised black cherries, subdued mocha, darker plums.l, tangerine marmalade, scorched earth. Black tea coming on at 2 hours. Slightly bitter but not off putting.
  In a good spot drink within next 3 years.
  Better with food.

  March 8, 2023 - Sadly, my first bottle was skunked. No evidence of leaking or air gaps from the cork. Stored in a Eurocave at 55 degrees and 78 percent humidity. But smells like a vineyard pressing room floor and tastes like a box wine. Never had a bad bottle of Aubert anything before, so this was a bit of a shock and disappointment. I have one more bottle and am hoping for a better experience...
