July 14, 2019 - Pale gold colour that does not show for its age. On the nose minerality citrus and zest on the palate citrus and minerals are acompanied by saltiness and creamy texture in a medium to full bodied pleasure. Acidity is vibrant but makea the wine to need food pairing such as fish or seafood. A long aftertaste . For sure can be longer aged .

September 4, 2017 - Salty minerals with lemon and starfruit on the nose. Weighty and direct acidity with more citrus fruits on the palate.

August 7, 2017 - Blind, I would have thought this a Riesling, so strong were the petrol aromas on the nose. Some grapefruit scents and green melon too. On the palate, this felt quite soft to me, round in the mouth with insufficient acidity and not the zip I expect from an assyrtiko. Maybe on the downslope or an off bottle?
