Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Charlie Pendejo Likes this wine:

April 10, 2015 - Grapefruit and lemon, a tiny bit of sweet and a bigger heap of savory - chicken broth and salty rock. This inexpensive bottle was perfectly balanced and the ideal partner for two consecutive dinners, pairing exceptionally well with everything from salmon to broccoli. Yes, broccoli, and I mean a positive synergy, not just a peaceful coexistence. A higher proportion of my whites should really be Austrian: even at this modest price point they frequently are interesting and perform superbly with a very wide range of food.
