March 16, 2019 - Clear, golden yellow, in the glass, with delicate bubbles in abundance. Aromas of caramel, nuts, and dried fruit. Caramel, apricots, and roasted pears on the palate. Fine effervescence and crisp acidity combine for satisfying mouthfeel. Lengthy fresh apple finish.

June 9, 2018 - Light golden hue. Aromas of baked apples with hints of lemon and toast. Soft and creamy on the palate. A bit sweet to be an aperitif but would go well with spicy Asian fare or dessert. Blend of 85% Flora (a California cross of Sémillon and Gewürztraminer), 9% Pinot Noir, and 6% Chardonnay. 13.4% ABV.
