May 19, 2019 - Cast off that screw cap and pour yourself a glass of this elegant Greek Rosé. Made from the Agiorgitiko grape, this dry Rosé has a very deep rose color with some fruit forward aromas. It’s cherry and strawberry flavors are quite enticing for this wine with medium acidity. There is some tanginess initially which smooths out towards the finish. The “14-18h” in the name refers to the number of hours the skin is in contact with the juice using cold maceration techniques. Quite a lovely Rosé that should balance out any spicy dish.

June 30, 2016 - Tangy but smooth, with characteristics of effervescence, without being bubbly.

February 14, 2016 - Well made refreshing rose with crisp fruit, good acidity on the palate, not overtly sweet and with nice tart fruit and mineral flavors.

October 8, 2015 - Fresh, ripe strawberry flavor profile with dry finish and vibrant acidity. Lovely bottle and label as well - nice presentation in all.

    June 9, 2015 - Part of Greek wine tasting/dinner
    -translucent somewhat deep pink
    -almost exuberant fruit nose
-med acidity gives just enough verve, impressive sappy finish
-quite nice, would hold its own against many Provencal roses

(Gaia Agiorgitiko 14-18h) Light orangey pink color; tart red berry, tart red currant, light herb nose; tasty, crisp, tart red currant, mineral, green herb palate with medium acidity; medium-plus finish (one of the best roses I've tasted this season and a great value; ideal with summer salads of all kinds)
