December 25, 2012 - Love this wine, and thankfully have a few more bottles. Opened with friends who shared my enthusiasm. Yet another winner from Spring Valley. This 100% Cabernet Franc was lithe, supple and creamy with superstar aromatics of red twizzlers, a little oak, big-time flowers and some candied red fruits. Finish went on for a long time providing some bing cherry and a little caramel.
Was concerned this might be OTH. But no, it has a couple years left in it for sure. Temptation will prevent me from waiting that long though. Drinking ideal right now with a 30 - 45 min. decant. -

April 14, 2006 - Great wine, beautiful flowers, dark fruit, med dark in the glass nice balance and that spring valley wheat/hay note.
