March 3, 2016 - Great purity of cherry fruit, intense and concentrated, nice backbone, fresh and forward. Well made and long. 88-89+

December 3, 2015 - Deep ruby red colour. Red berries on the nose. Taste of red berries with a hint of blueberries and vanilla. Dry finish with good acidity. Great with pasta or pizza.

December 1, 2015 - Tasted blind. Nose is leather and dust. And lots and lots of fruit. It gives me a feeling of young italian unpretenscious wine. Palate gives more of the same. Nice fresh acidity, fullness composed of redcurrant and more leather. Fruity and good.

August 5, 2015 - The wine has a medium intense, clear, ruby colour.

Nose is clean and youthful with medium intense aromas of sweet red fruit, cherries, plums, cherry pits, light bitter almond, fennel, violets, some dried celery, dark chocolate, some old, murky wooden casks, wet earth, light alcohol, a little black pepper, dried fruit and a little tobacco.

The wine is dry with a medium+ acidity, medium tannins (rather mellow in fact), medium+ alcohol and a medium body. The wine has medium+ intense flavours of red fruit, earth, dark chocolate, leather and dried fruit. An interesting combination between quite bright, young fruit and a rather aged dried component. The finish is medium+ with a distinct bitterness.

This is a wine of very good quality that drinks well now, but has potential for aging. Would love to try this in 3-5 years.

Did not taste blind. Quite enjoyed this. It has a very good balance between plush fruit and a bright, refreshing acidity. Bought at Vinmonopolet for $18 (160SEK/152NOK).
