  March 16, 2019 - Whiskey, Hot Sauce, Champagne tasting w/Basketball (Our apt): I continue to be impressed with these bubbles esp at their price point and given that they are domestic. I don't think of Washington as doing much in the sparkling category, but perhaps that's ill-advised. These are not perhaps at the same level as some of the champagnes we drank earlier, but nor did they feel totally out of place in the line-up. A bit of nutty and toasty. Easy to drink.
