Community Tasting Notes 3

November 8, 2007 - Had with dinner of minestrone soup and salad before the chicken piccatta. Not tons of fruit, but subtle stone fruit and a bit of good oak that gave a kind of butterscotch flavor. Real nice acidity that I have come to think is a characteristic of Miner wines. Now I wish I had held on to this.. in a few more years might be even more spectacular.

June 17, 2007 - Just okay, not spectacular. Nice Oaky finish. No real fruit notes. Drink at room temp. Not good too cold.
