  November 18, 2023 - Excellent after a 1 hour decant. Smooth as glass. Noted cherry and some spice. Paired very well with grilled veal chop and green beans almondine.

  June 5, 2023 - Quick decant. Pungent nose of dark cherry, smoke, spice, and vanilla. Rich and mouthfilling palate of mocha, dark fruits, loads of baking spice, star anise, and red cherry. Layers of fat tannins on the finish with caramel, chocolate, sweet brown sugar, vanilla, and oak. Wow!

  May 1, 2021 - Wonderfully rich yet still showing tannin and grip that I’ve never seen in a wine that’s primarily Grenache. That should allow this one to age well beyond the 10 year mark, though it’s tasting excellent at the moment.

  April 30, 2021 - This was the wine of the WOTD, a rich deep wine with flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and coffee. Impressive in every aspect, this had a long finish and silky smooth tannins.
