  June 24, 2016 - Consistent with previous tasting in April, 2016. Dark violet in color, this wine reveals muted aromas of black cherry, baking chocolate and toasted vanilla. The mouth feel brights soft tannins, more black cherry and subtle vanilla. The finish is short with barely enough acidity to hold it together. 13.5% abv.
  
  Received as a gift at my firm's holiday party in December, 2015, this was an acceptable but not interesting bottle to share with friends, which I did.

  November 19, 2015 - A nose of some dark fruit and spice, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied red, with black cherry, plum, some spice and pepper on finish, a good value. www.winelx.com
