August 2, 2020 - Minimal initial sweetness with slight fizz. Sour/ acid is bit strong but has a nice dry reisling smell of petrol and taste. Overall very nice on a hot summer day!

November 6, 2018 - Light gold in colour. A seductive nose of...Riesling! There's nothing like it! An unmistakable balance of lime juice and kerosene. The initial attack on the palate is zingy, almost spritzy, then its initial linearity broadens out into a bold, honeyed wash of complex flavours. There's a sense of sweetness lingering on the lips, though on the palate it's a long dry finish. Pure pleasure. Screwcap, 11%.

July 8, 2018 - Lovely riesling, creamy and acidic with a textbook nose and a petroly finish.
