June 18, 2023 - Deep golden amber colour in the glass. Looks like it’s going to taste super rich and almost maderised so pretty surprising that it still tasted dry and quite mineral. Funky but not too much so and definitely delivers on complexity. Different yet delicious.

November 1, 2020 - Simply great. Did we enjoy this one. Still seems very young. Incredible. Will leave it at that.

May 3, 2020 - Full, delicious and interesting wine. In the natural wine category but clearly well made and refined with so much going on. Hard to define but it's very tasty and drinking perfectly right now.

December 25, 2019 - full-on oxidative in style but restrained with some precision and now rounded out to a pleasing balance. Even better on night 2, with complexity of a white Rioja.

June 30, 2018 - last indigenous variety of Trentino. 8 mo Amphorea. 12% abv.
Really rich, golden color to it. Smells natural. It's intense, blanched almonds, hay, wet earth, dried apricots, honey, yellow apples. Palate is rich, round, med plus acid, moderate alcohol, moderate phenolics. Citrus punch on palate, lingering, balanced, oily. All geeky stuff aside, the wine is very interesting, and good, Exactly what you would expect from her.
