August 6, 2022 - All the hallmark Cameron notes of bicycle tire, funky, yeasty notes with plenty of field raspberry and strawberry notes, lots of fresh loamy earthy notes and great balance.

  • Galen McDonald Does not like this wine:

November 4, 2021 - Med-deep garnet with a slight brown tinge to edge. Initial whiff: Ann said she didn't like it, I smelled TCA. Over the next couple of days it went back and forth between corked and not obviously corked but definitely off. OK fruit and spice on palate but finishes thin and metallic, which confirms cork taint in my mind. Maybe just a bad bottle but a distressingly % of these wines are not clean.

December 18, 2020 - Double decanted off its sediment an hour before dinner. A bit bigger style with notes of currant and red plum before wild strawberry notes become dominant, with the typical Cameron funk overtones. Wild strawberry and spice on the palate. Balanced. 90+ pts.

June 22, 2020 - Moderate color. On dark side for Willamette. Nosd of cherry, red berry, a touch of leather and earth. A touch reductive. Big body. Round, full mouth feel. Flats of ffc cherry, red berry, a touch of smoke and flint. Nice acidity on back end. Overall, a slightly sweet impression that I don't find appealling.
