Super gut.

May 14, 2022 - Not much to add to my note from 2019. Quite astonishing wine in multiple dimensions. The high 2010 acidity is wonderful integrated and balanced in this wine. And it does not feel like a Saar Riesling, more like a very elegant and lean Condrieu. Creamy, floral, some zests, noticeable residual sugar. Now at its full peak, but will certainly stay there for a few more years. 92-93

March 1, 2019 - Glass: Zalto Universal / Riedel Vinum Riesling
Drunk over two days. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing and beautiful nose with ripe yellow fruit, honey, fresh mineral notes, herbs, floral notes. Dense and complex.
On the palate maybe not legally dry with some residual sugar that suits the wine quite well! Medium+, ripe and well-integrated acidity. Only 12% abv. Intense mineral core on the palate with lots of grip and tension, combined with some ripe, yellow stone fruit. Wonderful balance, but also some exciting vibrancy. Long and lingering. I guess, this wine has reached is drinking window and will be joyful for at least 5+ years! 93+
