December 16, 2021 - Continuing to develop, lovely magenta/garnet colour, a little bit of a skin thrown in the bottle. in the glass some signs of bricking. Excellent fruit, balanced tannins, acid and wood. Luscious in the mouth with great length. incredible value for the $.

March 13, 2020 - Bright cherry red, medium depth, clear
Lovely sweet berry nose, jam and mint, violets and cinnamon, crushed leaf
Soft, rich, round, full berry flavour in good balance with soft tannins, mild acid, warm spirit. Full bodied. Dry. Even structure, long spicy finish.

October 13, 2019 - Chocolate overtones, cassis, some oakyness. Lovely tertiary flavours cigar box, camphor have developed due to bottle age. Very good for price of $13.50. At peak I would say but no hurry.

June 26, 2019 - Deep purple colour with light crimson hue. Aroma of sagebrush, sweet black berries, spice, pepper and olive. Blueberry and blackberry, milk chocolate, olive, eucalyptus. Light tannin, medium body. Nice flavour but sharp finish.

June 6, 2019 - Taylors cellar door tour tasting (26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, Sydney): Again that rubbery reductiveness which, with agitation dissipates to show lashings of peppery spice, alcohol heat and backed black cherries with an interesting rhubarb note here as well as some cedar. Equally spicy on the palate, the fruit slight more muted here but still very present. Quite rambunctious despite 5 years under the belt, the alcohol lends freshness (as in it makes the mouth water) and length. Begs charred steak. Good QPR at $16 a bottle
