July 24, 2016 - decanted for one hour, vivid red ruby color, slow forming legs, hint of sour cherries on the nose, light drinking wine, sour cherries and nearly ripe raspberries, smooth at first with spicy finish, white pepper, soft tannins.
Lost fruity character over next three hours just to regain it for the next day. Might have been the outdoor BBQ we were having. -
