June 9, 2023 - #05-15, 7.5% abv. This just hasn't aged well. Soft and flaccid at this point, lacking electricity, with fruit that has an almost mushy quality about it. Unfortunate.

November 25, 2021 - extremely young wine. I would not have believed the wine was 7 years old if I had not seen it on the label. Still tons of bright fruit with good acidity, but this hasn't really developed more complex flavors yet. Guess I will be holding my remaining bottles for a while, but happy to do so as the wine seems to have a lot of potential.
