Body/flavor: medium to full bodied. Complex, rich flavors balanced with good acid. Full mouthfeel.
Aftertaste: lingering.

April 8, 2022 - Deep lemon color with green tinges. The nose upon opening was yeasty and tropical with slight petrol notes. The palate was peach and pineapple - very canned fruit cocktail. On the palate, crisp acidity balances a really rich medium bodied palate. Delicious

January 18, 2022 - Tropical, with some of that canned fruit mix in the best way possible.Not going to improve but can last another 5 years in a cellar. Very drinkable now. This held up well over 3 days. Still nothing to be gained from holding
