June 20, 2015 - Bright cherry and floral smells filled the glass. There was a slight savoury, meaty aroma lingering in the background. On the palate, the tannins were still pretty thick and austere. At this stage, the wine was pretty acidic but over time in the glass, more sweet red berries and cherries emerge with slight earthiness. A wine to age for at least another 4-6 years.
