March 31, 2024 - Easter Sunday lunch at my favourite Italian pasta restaurant, opened & slow oxed for 9 hours, a delicious Brunello that kept getting better, was going toe to toe with the 08 Soldera but lost out on the finesse & length, youngish

September 3, 2023 - Opened & breathed for 6 hours, medium red with some maturity, upon opening cherries & tertiary, powerful nose, bit of green but not distracting, on the palate rich, full bodied, still young, completely opposite of bottle drank in 2021

Fresh and airy, with aromas of strawberry, mint, lavender, hint of tobacco and fresh pine cones and forest. An effeminate, light body, with some fresh red fruit, moderate tension and medium minus finish. January 10, 2022 - This surprised to the upside. While this is young and ripe, the balance is really quite good and it's oh so satisfying with a dinner of Italian pasta and roast meats. More open than I would have expected.
