April 18, 2007 - Light lemon color. Pretty nose of lemon zest and spring flowers. Nice on the mid-palate but drops off a bit at the end.

April 17, 2007 - Pale yellow and straw in color. This wine did not show very much the first night, but it opened up nicely on the second day. Aromas of lime, white fruits, chalk, and flowers. The palate reflects these flavors on a steely frame, showing the aromatic fruity notes on the elegant midpalate, finishing with the chalky, bracing minerality on the more forceful finish. Taut and focused, I craved for shellfish and sardines! Deliciously refreshing wine that is somewhat tight - hopefully it will open up more as summer approaches.

April 25, 2006 - Light gold/green in color. Bright fruit, with light peach and lime notes. Just bottled and thus has a slight sparkle in the mouth and it needs a bit of time to calm down. Flavors of melon, lime, make this wine a fresh fun wine to drink. 3.5/5
