December 28, 2023 - Tasted over-developed, somewhat oxidised, lacking any freshness - not drinkable. Worse these have been consistently off over a few bottles. I have heard of these going through a very closed phase, but my instinct is that these (well stored) bottles were shot / faulty. I've had stunning Huet Sec with more & less age, but seem to have had bad luck with this vintage...

December 27, 2023 - Quite developed already. A little bit of oxidation. Pear, pineapple and nutmeg. Some caramel. But still lively and bright acidity brings balance!
